In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the company under the name “Anastasios Anastopoulos”, with the distinctive title AnastopoulosEstate.com, which is legally represented by Anastasios Anastopoulos at email: info@AnastopoulosEstate.com or at telephone: 6982094133 of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter to be sent by post or email). 

The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 3e to 3k of Law 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods which may be altered or expire soon. (All infant milk products are not returnable), b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, c) the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised and d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the deadline. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt – invoice).

If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the consumer’s account will be updated (credited) within 14 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all money we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refund unless you propose a different means of refund (from the one you used in the original transaction) in which case you will be charged any fees incurred by www.AnastopoulosEstate.com for using such different means, which (fees) will be deducted from the refund. “. Applicable law:

The above Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. If any provision is deemed invalid or voidable by the competent Greek court, it shall cease to apply, without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.
