1.Transfer via bank deposit
To pay for your order, you can make the payment to your bank via web banking, mobile apps, as well as in a physical store.
As a reason you will fill in the number of your order that you will receive via email and your full name. Once the payment is completed, you attach the deposit slip to the confirmation email so that the order can be processed.
*A prerequisite is the completion of the justification.
*Valid in all Greek banks.

2. Credit Card
For the absolute security of your electronic transactions, payments are processed through the Eurobank bank and TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) is used. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
In Eurobank’s secure form you can fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date and issuing bank).
We suggest, for your own safety, that you are present at the delivery of your order, having your identity card with you.
Cancellation of Order
It is accepted by telephone or e-mail provided that your order has not been shipped from our store. If the cancellation is made after the shipment has started, you will be charged with the shipping costs. If you have deposited the amount in a bank account or paid by credit card, after cancelling the order you must contact us in order to provide us with the details of your own bank account so that the amount in it, minus the bank charges, can be refunded to you. Your refund will be made within 14 days.
