1.3. Subscription to the Newsletter service

1.4. Product Receipt Notification Service

In the event that during your browsing on our website you wish to purchase a product that is not yet available in our warehouse, but we expect to receive it within a short period of time, and only if you request it and give us your explicit consent, we will contact you when we receive this product. This contact will be made by email that you have provided to us and will be solely for your information. We declare that we will not use your email for any other purpose and will delete it from our records in any case after 3 months (even if we have not received the product).

If you choose to pay for the product(s) you purchase from AnastopoulosEstate.com by credit card, you must provide us for the purpose of payment the type and number of the card, its expiry date, CCV, by filling in all the necessary fields in the (secure) order form. We accept credit cards. Transactions in our Online Shop by card are protected by the highest online security systems and in particular transactions are completed through the CardLink interbank system, ensuring a secure transaction environment. AnastopoulosEstate.com processes your card details exclusively for the completion of the transaction, i.e. for the payment for the purchase of products from our online store. We do not store the card number, so for each purchase in our online store that you wish to pay by credit card, you will have to re-enter your card details. Your credit card details are managed securely and at your own risk by the payment service provider, in accordance with the information provided below.

If you choose to complete a transaction through Paypal, you will automatically be transferred to the Paypal interface, which will manage your payment. We are not aware of, nor do we keep your account details or your passwords.

Our company collects, maintains and processes personal data of its employees, such as name, full name, address, date of birth, ID number, VAT number, social security number (AMKA), etc., for the purpose of executing the employment contract, the execution of the payroll and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant labour and tax legislation.

Also, our company may occasionally receive resumes of our candidates, where they disclose personal information about them, professional qualifications, work experience, etc. We collect this data, updating it whenever necessary, always respecting the appropriate organizational and technical security measures and for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract between us or if justified in view of a possible future collaboration.

We always ensure that this processing is necessary for security reasons, the recording is not targeted at the workplace (office) of a specific employee, and the fact of the existence of these systems has been legally communicated to the employees.

You can register on the Website or place an order through your Facebook or Instagram account. All of the above entities are based in the United States and comply with the intergovernmental agreement known as the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.

  • To advertising agencies and advertising service providers in general: AnastopoulosEstate.com does not disclose personal data without the consent of the subjects. However, AnastopoulosEstate.com may share with third-party advertising service providers statistical information regarding the products purchased, demographic data, data regarding the technical characteristics of the mobile devices used to access our Online Store, etc., from which it is not possible to identify you.

Retention period

As we describe below, fully respecting the specific characteristics of some of our products that you may purchase, access to your previous orders in our database is given only to those employees/partners necessary for the execution and completion of each order, while we encrypt the details of those customers who purchased online without being registered users, as described above.

Finally, by law, security camera logs are deleted from our systems every 15 days, unless a breach has been detected or unless otherwise required by law, in which case they may be retained for longer periods of time.

Security of your data
